Cancellation & Refund Policy :
1. Service Cancellation by Customer
Customers may cancel a booked service at least 3 hours before the technician’s scheduled visit. Cancellations made after that may incur nominal visit charges.
2. Same-Day Cancellations
If the technician has already been dispatched or has reached the site, cancellation may lead to a visit charge of ₹100 – ₹200, depending on the service type.
3. Material-Based Booking Cancellation
If a service was booked with material and the material has already been purchased, the following conditions apply: If the material is sealed, unused, and returnable, a partial refund is possible after deducting restocking or repacking charges.
Non-returnable materials (e.g., cement, POP, open wiring, paint drums, etc.) are not eligible for refund once delivered.
If the material is damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling, no return/refund will be accepted.
The final return/refund decision is based on the condition check done by the local vendor or wholesale store from which the material was sourced.
4. Service Cancellation by Chago Partners
If a Chago Partner is unable to complete the service (due to unavailability, delay, etc.), an alternate technician will be assigned, or a full refund will be processed (if the customer has made a payment).
5. Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 working days and transferred to the customer’s bank account or UPI wallet.
6. Mode of Refund
Refunds are issued in the same mode of payment through which the customer originally paid — UPI, bank transfer, or wallet.
7. Non-Refundable Situations If the service is already completed
If the material was delivered and is non-returnable
If the customer fails to provide site access to the technician
If the booking was found to be fraudulent or abusive
8. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel a service, contact us via WhatsApp or submit a request through our Contact Us Form. Please mention your booking ID.
9. Freight Charges (With Material Bookings)
If a service is booked with materials, the freight or delivery charges for those materials will be billed separately. These charges are not included in the service cost.
The customer must pay this amount directly at the time of delivery, as per the store/vendor’s delivery terms.
